## COMMANDS: Arguments in "< >" are mandatory.

## !addquote <quote>            - Adds <quote> to the quote list.
## !delquote <quotenum>         - Deletes quote number <quotenum> from the list.
## !quotebucket <args>          - Ability to recover accidently deleted quotes.
## !quote                       - Displays a random quote.
## !quote ?search?              - Displays quotes containing ?search?
## !quote ?(startnum) (search)? - If the search is to large, this is used to 
##                                display the next range of quotes 
##                                matching (search) starting  from (startnum),

## !rquote ?num? <search>       - Randomly displays a quote matching <search>
